Coming soon: Palestine in America's political issue
Palestine in America is in the midst of editing and laying out our political issue which will be sent to press before the end of the month. Subscribers will receive their copy by the last week of November. Non-subscribers can pre order a copy of the political issue starting today!
November is the perfect time for Palestine in America’s political issue: The 2020 presidential campaign is in full effect and Democratic hopefuls are becoming more comfortable criticizing Israel. Today, one of our Congress members is a Palestinian woman (Rashida Tlaib), a few other Palestinians are running for other office across the country, and there are many others who are currently working on political campaigns.
In this issue, Cara Piraino’s article will take a look into Rush Darwish and his campaign for US Congress in Illinois District 3; Palestinian political activists will tell us who they plan on supporting in the upcoming presidential election and why; a majestic photo essay will give us a look into Tlaib’s political career.
