University of Illinois at Chicago to host Bike for the Middle East fundraiser
Students at the University of Illinois at Chicago in coordination with Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) at UIC, UIC’s Muslim Student Association, and American Muslims for Palestine will host the Bike for the Middle East fundraiser on May 9.
Participants will bike approximately 10 miles north through Chicago’s lakefront trail to Maggie Daley Park, where they will join AMP’s Palestinian Heritage Parade.
The $20 donation/registration fee will go to the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund and each participant will receive a t-shirt. Bikes will not be provided. However, there will be Divvybikes available to rent for the ride.
PCRF is a non-profit charity organization that has earned the trust of many due to its hard work and dedication to medical assistance in the Middle East.
