Palestinian artists rock stage at Palipalooza

Nearly 300 people attended Palestine in America’s second annual Palipalooza at Logan Square Auditorium in Chicago last Thursday. Despite a short delay (sound troubles), attendees were able to celebrate the release of our third annual print issue while enjoying performances by Palestinians artists.

We were able to host Chicago based poet Yara Daoud, rapper Safi G, rapper/singer duo Waheeb Nasan & Kareem Ibrahim, comedian Mona Aburmishan, and the “The First Lady of Arabic Hip Hop” Shadia Mansour!

We had various vendors and organizations tabling at our event, including Watan, Wear the Peace, Zakat Foundation, AFSC and more. (See list below).

We were extremely grateful to our supporters, sponsors and our guest of honor Rasmea Odeh for rocking out with us on at Palipalooza

Please fill out this survey so we can improve our future events.
